Our Real Estate Housing Program:

Unlike the typical practices in the country, our Real Estate Housing Program will manage member registration and recruitment for a minimum of one year and offer financing for both the down payment and closing costs. Closing costs are the additional fees and expenses beyond the property's purchase price that buyers (and occasionally sellers) pay to complete a real estate transaction. Importantly, we require buyers to reside in the home after purchase.
